Camera sends text messages to unknown number

I use EYE-02 and EyeSee camera. From time to time, camera sends text message to phone number which is not in the contact list. I can see this on the bill from network provider. Why does it happen and how can I solve this?

Update your EYE-02 or EyeSee camera and issue will be solved. We fix this behaviour in EYE-02 SW 2.2.23 and EyeSee SW 3.3.15.

Now we will explain why this happened in previous SW versions.

  1. You browse the events stored on the JabloTool Cloud and you switch the camera to Watch / Sleep by the button below:

  2. JabloTool sends SMS to the camera to start Watching or Sleeping.
  3. In previous SW versions camera confirmed to JabloTool by SMS that it started Watching / Sleeping.

    The same happened when you switched the camera to Watch/Sleep in JabloTool App for Anroid, iOS or mobile version of JabloTool.

  4. JabloTool sends the SMS from number +420720002563. However, this number may change. This depends on your provider. Camera replied to this number. This is how the number appeared on the bill from your network provider.

Here is an example of reply which camera sent to JabloTool.

Power: AC Indicates that camera is powered from AC power.
Battery: 100% Indicates how much the battery is charged.
gsm: O2-CZ 100% Indicates the GSM network and strength of GSM signal.

Camera will send the same reply when you switch it to Watch / Sleep by SMS from your mobile phone (see Chapter 4.2 of EYE-02 user guide, or Chapter 4 of EyeSee user guide).
