I cannot login into my Jablotool mobile app

The support of the Jablotool mobile app for Android and iOS was discontinued in May 2019. We ask you kindly to use the Jablotool.com portal instead of the app. It is designed to provide comfortable access to your EYE-02 or EyeSee camera on computer, tablet or smartphone. You need only the internet access and full-featured web browser.
 
 
Why did we discontinued the mobile apps?
Since autumn 2018 we faced serious problems to keep our mobile apps working on devices with both old and new Android / iOS systems. Despite of our efforts problems remained and just affected new groups of customers. Therefore we have decided to redesign our web portal to reflect needs of our mobile users and to be capable to replace the obsolete mobile apps.
Now all functions of Jablotool.com are available also on mobile devices (the mobile apps offered the basic functions only). Moreover the new solution is based on the recognized standards of HTML 5.0, is platform independent and will provide the stable and secure service also in the future.
 
What we advise you to do?
Please uninstall the Jablotool mobile app from your device. To access your camera browse to www.jablotool.com in any full-featured mobile web browser (like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.). Then simply login to your account. Login and password remain the same like in the mobile app.
