Error messages in Jablotool via USB
You use camera EYE-02 with JabloTool SW, camera is connected by USB cable to your PC. If SW JabloTool shows you an error message follow the steps below to solve the error.
Camera update
You started updating camera in JabloTool via USB. An error message appears in JabloTool. JabloTool informs you that camera SW could not be updated due to an error.

Initialization of Bootloader
If you see the error Bootloader initialization failed please run the update once more. The first update probably run well. The error says that the updated device did not connect to JabloTool in time after the update. If the error message appears repeatedly please contact Jablocom support here.
Camera shows red LED
If red LED of EYE-02 camera is steadily ON it means that camera reports error. Connect EYE-02 camera to your PC by USB cable and launch JabloTool SW. JabloTool will inform you that your device is challenging an issue.

Camera is not configured well to connect to internet
You launched Installation Wizard in JabloTool SW. You launched camera tests in the wizard. JabloTool informs you that your camera is not configured well to be able to connect to internet.
Follow these steps:
- Update camera SW.
- Click on Next and complete the Wizard.
- Right-click on your device in the Device list and select Update Firmware from the menu. Follow the instructions. Update is done automatically.
- Select Configuration > GSM network. Make sure that automatic configuration of GSM parameters is selected.
- Check if data is active on your SIM card, your prepaid card is charged and you have not reached the FUP limit. Contact your network provider.
