Transfer of Premium subscription
I need to transfer my Premium subscription from one camera to another. How can I proceed?
Premium subscription on Jablotool.com is always bound on one particular camera and thus cannot be transferred to another unit.
There is one exception. We will transfer your subscription and prolong it by three months when your original camera was replaced by a new unit as result of recognized warranty claim. In such case, please contact our support and send us:
Your Jablotool account
IMEI of your original camera, which was replaced
IMEI of the new camera, which you get
Scan of document proving that replacement was done as part of warranty claim (this is not necessary when replacement was done by our authorized service center)
