There are two options:

1. Use JabloTool for viewing the file. JabloTool is camera management software. You can download the SW here. After you install the program on your computer connect the camera to your computer by USB cable.
2. Use Windows Media Player and when you play the video select Enhancements / Play Speed Settings as you need.
