An error appears when I try to dial from the Microsoft Outlook directory.

This error may appear with some old PC drivers for GDP-04.

• Download and install the latest JabloTool version from this website.
• From the Windows menu choose Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Jablocom devices-> GDP-04 -> Driver -> Update Driver
• Choose an option “Search automatically for updated driver software” and wait while the system installs the latest driver
