Can I be notified about another incoming call while my first call is still in progress?

You need to activate the function Call waiting. Then Raven will let you about another incoming call while you are still talking to the first person. Raven will show the name or phone number of the second person on its display.

This function is available in Raven with SW 1.7.8 and higher. Follow this link to update your Raven. Now follow these steps to configure the function Call waiting.

1. Touch Raven display in its top right corner and swipe down. A menu will appear, click on Call settings.



2. Scroll down the menu and click on Additional settings,



3. Tick the option next to Call waiting.

Now Raven will notify you about the second call waiting to be answered.
