“Unprocessed incoming SMS” is a text message, which was received by your EYE-02 camera and which the camera does not understand. Such message was sent from phone number which is not included in the list of camera’s “contacts”. Moreover this message is not valid SMS command (either password or command itself is wrong).

Example: Camera receives message “Your data limit for this month has been reached” from your GSM operator. The phone number of the sender is not listed in the contact list. This message is not valid SMS command. Event “Unprocessed incoming SMS” is triggered and camera will send following reports to defined users: EYE-02 Camera reports: Unprocessed incoming SMS, Time: 16/09/2011 09:00:00 “+420725224429: Your data limit for this month has been reached”.

If you do not want to receive these messages, please login to your camera via JabloTool. Here open the tab Reporting. Check which reporting profiles is selected under your contact (e.g. Alarms). Now select Advanced, Reported events, Errors. Here you will find the line with narrative “Forwarded SMS” and disable all tickers in this line and in the column of your reporting profile (e.g. Alarms). Or set reporting according to your needs. Unprocessed incoming messages will be resent to you according to your configuration.
