Please note that the phone communicates with our cloud using the data, thus data charges from your mobile operator may apply. The administration typically requires less than 10 MB monthly.<br \/>\nRegistration of phone to your account is based on its IMEI number (unique serial number). You can either <a href=\"\/#onephone\">add phone-by-phone<\/a> or you can <a href=\"\/#batch\">import list<\/a> of your phones. Both methods are described bellow.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preconditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phone supports the Jablotool.com cloud administration (see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noabe.com\/help\/index.php\/phone-administration-preconditions-functions\/\">Preconditions, supported phones &#038; functions<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Mobile data is enabled on SIM card of each phone. The administration typically requires less than 10 MB monthly. (Raven phones can use WiFi.)<\/li>\n<li>Phone is not registered on Jablotool.com (phone can be registered only once at one time).<\/li>\n<li>Please note that during the registration procedure your phone sends one SMS message to our servers to identify and verify its phone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"onephone\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Adding one phone:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In your Jablotool.com account click on the <b>logo<\/b> in the upper left corner.<\/li>\n<li>In the left vertical menu click on <b>Phone Groups<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Select one of the phone groups (they are shown as widgets) in the list. (<a href=\"\/index.php\/phone-administration-creating-phone-group\/\">How to create phone group<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>In the upper horizontal menu click on the <b>+<\/b> icon.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the IMEI number of your phone and confirm by the corresponding <b>green button<\/b>.<br \/>\n      <span style=\"color:#808080;\"><i>The IMEI number can be found on a label on the bottom side of your phone. It has 15 digits.<\/i><\/span><br \/>\n      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/pa_guide\/jablotool_06_addphone_02.png\"><br \/>\n      &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Information screen appears. Check the \u201cStatus\u201d line and click the <b>Next<\/b> button.<br \/>\n      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/pa_guide\/jablotool_06_addphone_03.png\"><br \/>\n      &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the phone\u2019s name (e.g. \u201cReception\u201d). Especially in larger companies you can also fill in the additional \u201cFolder\u201d information (e.g. \u201c\\Hamburg\\Sales\\\u201d). When done click the <b>Next<\/b> button.<br \/>\n      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/pa_guide\/jablotool_06_addphone_04b.png\"><br \/>\n      &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Your phone appears in the list of phones registered in your phone group. As soon as your phone connects* to our servers, phone user is asked on phone&#8217;s screen to confirm the registration. After confirmation the green status sign appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p id=\"batch\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Adding batch of phones:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Download the template (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jablotool.com\/img\/IMEI_list.csv\">https:\/\/www.jablotool.com\/img\/IMEI_list.csv<\/a>) and prepare the import list of phones. Only the IMEI numbers are required, all other values are voluntary. Phone numbers will be filled automatically** and other values can be entered later.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#808080;\"><i>The IMEI number can be found on a label on the bottom side of your phone. It has 15 digits. Your seller should be able to provide you with the spreadsheet of IMEI numbers of all phones which you purchase.<\/i><\/span><br \/>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/pa_guide\/jablotool_10_bulkaddphone_00.png\"><br \/>\n  &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>In your Jablotool.com account click on the <b>logo<\/b> in the upper left corner.<\/li>\n<li>In the left vertical menu click on <b>Phone Groups<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Select one of the phone groups in the list. (<a href=\"\/index.php\/phone-administration-creating-phone-group\/\">How to create phone group<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>In the upper horizontal menu click on the <b>+<\/b> icon.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <b>Browse<\/b> button and import your file.<br \/>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/pa_guide\/jablotool_10_bulkaddphone_01.png\"><br \/>\n  &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Check the correctness of the import and confirm by the <b>green button<\/b>.<br \/>\n  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/pa_guide\/jablotool_10_bulkaddphone_02.png\"><br \/>\n  &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/li>\n<li>System checks your data. If problems are found, error descriptions appear in the Notice column. In case of error please correct your import file and import it again.<\/li>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/img\/pa_guide\/jablotool_10_bulkaddphone_03.png\"><br \/>\n  &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Your phones appear in the list of phones registered in your phone group. As soon as particular phones connect* to our servers, phone users are asked on phones&#8217; screen to confirm the registration. After confirmation the green status sign appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i>*) Each new phone connects regularly to our servers every 15 minutes for 30 days after it was first started. Thus registration should be finished within 15 minutes.<br \/>\nIf your phone does not connect (older phone, older type, older firmware, previously registered phone), please switch it off and on again. If it still does not connect, reset it to the factory defaults (on Essence: Options button &#8211; Settings &#8211; Security &#8211; Factory settings).<br \/>\n**) During the registration procedure each phone sends a SMS message with a security hash to our servers.
