As the founder of mobile desktop phone segment, with nine years of experience with manufacturing office phones for customers around the world, we have taken an extensive survey to find out what are the most used office functions and how can we make calling easier.
Dialer
All buttons are big enough for comfortable operation at arm’s lenght, which is the common position of a desktop phone. Favorite contacts are represented with their photos for one-tap dialling. During the call, it is simply a matter of three taps to arrange a conference call.
Call history
A brief look on the comprehensive overview of missed, incoming and outgoing calls will remind you who to call.
Contacts
Phone numbers, contact photos, emails, home address and even birthday details are synchronized from your mobile phone.
Messages
Text messages are great for quick notes to your colleagues and friends.
Stay in touch
Staying in touch means much more than just phone calls.
Skim emails in the morning before your computer boots.
During the day, stay in touch with business partners and colleagues using convenient instant messaging like Google Hangouts.
And don’t forget your family and friends and send them a message too. WhatsApp, Skype and many more apps are in the Google Play store, ready for Raven.
Productivity
Generous always-on 8-inch screen is more an advantage than you might think.
Oh-so-much-better than paper calendar!

See the overview on a widget and get notification about upcoming important appointments, so you don’t have to think about it and don’t miss any. Subscribe to shared calendars and see upcoming meetings or holidays of the whole team. Change calendar event in your Outlook and changes gets synchronized into your Raven.
Forget Post-its, not todos
Have your todos organized and synchronized in any of available todo apps. Add and edit todos on your computer and view them and get notifications on your phone. Wunderlist, Remember the Milk, tasks in Outlook or Gmail…you name it.
“In the cloud” is “on your desk”
View and edit the documents saved in your preferred cloud storage. Open the sales forecast or last week’s meeting notes and have the important documents always at hand, on a large screen. Thanks to the open Android platform, almost all cloud storage systems are available.
Make the Raven even smarter
Let your inner geek to tune the Raven to your needs. Begin with simple IFTTT and Pushbullet to connect it into Internet of Things or jump into it with both feet and automate your routine tasks with Tasker. Get the phone to turn down the ringer during scheduled meeting or log incoming and outgoing calls into a separate calendar.
Be informed
Fast track for your projects
Project management requires you to stay on top of information to be in picture and be able to quickly decide. Use android applications for Basecamp and Podio, view and edit MS Project files. Look at the progress of your team and iron out the kinks before it is too late.
Pick just the important information
It is easy to get overwhelmed by the amount of information around us. Pick only the best, the most important to you and your business. Let it be the Economist, BBC, CNN or the best of them picked by Flipboard.
Take a rain check
Commuting on bike or planning a quick trip for an on-site consultation? Check the weather to know whether to leave in an hour or right now, be informed about snow or thunderstorm coming your way.
Rather on time than later
Arrive on time and don’t worry about coming late. Check the traffic on Google Maps before you leave for a meeting or lunch.
