How?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<i><b>Please note:<\/b> When you would like to use the call transfer feature, two conditions have to be met:<br \/>\n&#8211; Feature called &#8220;Explicit Call Transfer&#8221; (ECT) need to be supported by the mobile network.<br \/>\n&#8211; Call transfer need to be allowed on your SIM card by your mobile operator. Ask your operator for activation. Please note that &#8220;call transfer&#8221; is neither &#8220;call forward&#8221; nor &#8220;call divert&#8221; &#8211; this is diferent function.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nUsing switchboard is the easiest way of call transfer. You can also transfer the call by using phonebook. Please note that the <a href=\"\/help\/index.php\/raven-with-switchboard\/\" title=\"Using Raven with switchboard\">Switchboard<\/a> is available in Raven with SW 2.0 and higher.
