What should I do?<\/p>\n<p>Steady red LED means that EyeSee reports an error. Please follow these steps to check your camera:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Install jCheck SW on your PC. You can download it from <a href=\"\/help\/index.php\/download\/\">www.noabe.com\/help\/index.php\/download<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Start the program and connect the camera via USB cable to your computer<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cStart device tests\u201d, jCheck will test the camera.
