You started registering your EYE-02 camera but Jablotool tells you that camera did not respond. Please check these points:<\/p>\n

  1. Make sure your camera is turned ON.<\/strong>\n
      \n
    1. Power the camera from power adaptor<\/li>\n
    2. Green LED should be steady ON when camera is in Sleep mode<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

      If camera is far away call the camera. You will hear audio menu if your contact is stored in the camera. Or you will hear ringing twice and camera will end the call if your contact is not stored in the camera.\n <\/li>\n

    3. Make sure that you enter correct phone number<\/strong> including international prefix +XXX when you register your camera.\n

    4. Is data activated on your SIM card?<\/strong> Is your SIM card topped up? Have you not reached FUP limit? Ask your GSM provider.<\/li>\n
    5. Check camera signal<\/strong> by sending SMS in the format \u201c0000 STATUS\u201d to your camera. 0000 (four zeros) is default password. If you changed this password use your own password.<\/li>\n

      ⇒ Camera will reply by SMS with information about the signal. You can check the signal also in JabloTool SW (see point 7). The optimum signal is at least 60%. For more information about improving camera signal click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    6. Install Jablotool SW on your PC. You can download it from www.noabe.com\/help\/download<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    7. Start the program and connect the camera via USB cable to your computer.<\/li>\n
    8. Update software of camera<\/strong>. Right-click on the icon of your camera and choose Update firmware<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

    9. Click on the icon<\/strong> of your camera. You will see information about GSM signal.<\/li>\n
    10. Select Configuration <\/strong>and then GSM network<\/strong>. Select the option Automatic configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
