How can I import contacts from Outlook into Jablotool<\/a>?<\/p>\n

Export contacts from Outlook into a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file and import the file into Jablotool. Follow these steps.<\/p>\n

  1. Open Outlook, choose File<\/strong> in top left corner. Click on Open & Export<\/strong> in the sidebar and click on Import\/Export<\/strong>;<\/li>\n

  2. Choose Export to a file<\/strong>;<\/li>\n

  3. Choose Comma Separated Values<\/strong> format;<\/li>\n

  4. Scroll up and choose Contacts<\/strong>;<\/li>\n

    \"Choose<\/p>\n

  5. Select folder and name for your exported file;<\/li>\n

  6. Click on Map Custom fields<\/strong>;<\/li>\n

    \"Click<\/p>\n

  7. Click on Clear Map<\/strong> and drag only First Name<\/strong>, Last Name<\/strong>, Company<\/strong>, Home Phone<\/strong>, Mobile Phone<\/strong>, Business phone<\/strong> to the right field (To:);<\/li>\n

  8. Finish the export;<\/li>\n
  9. Open the saved file in Excel and delete all quotation marks ( \u201c ) in the first line;<\/li>\n

  10. Save the file, replacing the original one;<\/li>\n
  11. Import this *.CSV file to Jablotool.com.\n

    1. Login to your Jablotool<\/a> account.<\/li>\n
    2. End users: Select your phone, choose Contacts<\/strong> > More<\/strong> > Import<\/strong>.
