I am using Help Me! KIT (GDP-04i RF) with wireless peripherals such as Panic! button (RC-87) or wall button (RC-88). Each time the phone makes an alarm it beeps. Can I configure the phone so that it makes silent alarm?

This option is possible in the SW 2.4.8 which was released in March 2015. Please update your phone via USB cable.

When the update is finished select Menu > Settings > Service > Code entry. Enter the code:

• SIL0 … phone will beep when reporting alarm (default option)
• SIL1 … phone will stay silent when reporting alarm
• SIL? … phone will display current status

Please note that the Silent panic alarm feature is available only for the Jablocom GDP-04i RF phone with suitable accessories.
