In each support request please send us:

  • IMEI of your device (Where can I find IMEI?). Thus we can identify your device, its type, service history, etc.
  • Your Jablotool.com account (if you have one).
  • Description of your problem. Please be as precise as you can.
  • Description of what you have already tried to fix your problem. Thus we can provide better advice.
  • Relevant screenshots or pictures are not obligatory, but often very helpful.
