Please follow these steps to reset your camera:

1. Press down the power button and unplug the power cable to turn off the EYE-02;
2. Wait for 20 seconds;
3. Press and hold the power button and insert the power cable at the same time;
4. Wait for 3 long beeps, then release the power button.

Your Eye-02 camera is now restored to factory settings.
