Essence was disconnected from Jablotool

Dear customer,

Your phone could not synchronize information with web service JabloTool.com. The phone reported loss of data connection by SMS sent to the number +420720002563. To prevent further reports, the phone has been disconnected from JabloTool.com.

If you do not wish to use your Essence with JabloTool.com, no action is needed. To continue using Essence with JabloTool please follow these steps:

  1. Restore GSM data on Essence SIM card
    • Contact your network provider, or
    • Charge your prepaid card, or
    • Insert another SIM card into Essence where data is available.
  2. Remove your Essence from JabloTool account
    1. Procedure for end users
      Login to your Jablotool account. On Dashboard select List view and click on the Settings of the phone.

      Confirm to remove the phone
      Remove phone

    2. Procedure for administrators
      Login to your Jablotool account. On Dashboard select List view and click on the Settings of the phone.
      Open settings

      Move the phone from the group into the Unassigned phones.
      Move phone to pool

      Delete the phone from Unassigned phones.
      Delete phone from pool

  3. Register Essence in JabloTool again and a update firmware of your Essence. Follow guide here.
