Camera sends emails without picture

I use EYE-02 camera which reports alarms by emails. Camera started sending me emails without picture attachment. What to do?

  1. Make sure that your camera SW is up-to-date. Cameras with obsolete firmware did not automatically replace the oldest records on SD card by new records. When SD card got full camera could not save the newest snapshots. MMS were sent without picture attachment.

    ⇒ Update your camera via USB cable or on-line.

  2. Check if camera does not report too many alarms or other events. If camera reporting queue gets full camera will start sending MMS and emails without picture attachment. Please note that some events (e.g. JabloTool remote access opened) are always reported without picture attachment.

  3. Check the camera signal. Better signal means faster reporting. Optimum signal of EYE-02 2G and EyeSee 2G starts at 60 per cent, optimum signal of EYE-02 3G and EyeSee 3G is 30 per cent and more.
