Camera does not send any emails
- Check the spam box of your email. Emails from camera may be there. Camera sends you emails from the address noreply@eye-02.info. If you can, add this address to the list of “known” addresses (white list). Messages from such addresses never end in spam box.
- Have you configured your camera so that it sends emails? Now it is time to check it.
- Connect to your camera via www.jablotool.com and choose Reporting. Did you enter here your email address? Under your email address select one of reporting profiles (e.g. Alarms).
- Choose Advanced and Reported events. Go to the line with event after which the camera should send you email (e.g. Alarms ->
Intruder alarm). - Check if the “@” symbol is selected in your reporting profile (e.g. Alarms).
- Update the firmware of the camera. Select Settings -> Firmware update . During camera update you download also the newest version of GSM parameters. You need correct GSM parameters to receive emails from the camera.
- Check the strength of GSM signal. Stay connected via www.jablotool.com and select Settings -> Camera status. Is the GSM signal at least 40%? Optimal is 60% and more. If the signal is too low follow this guide to improve the signal.
- Select GSM network. Check that “Manual configuration” is OFF.
- Select Reporting -> Limits. Set the value to the default of 300kB. If your GSM signal is low you can set the value to 100kB.
