Camera reports alarm by call from unknown number
You can set the camera EYE-02 or EyeSee to report you the alarms by making a call from its number. If you cannot see the phone number from which the camera is calling you, please check if the caller ID (phone number) is not restricted on your camera SIM card. In such case the camera users cannot see who is calling.
- Take the SIM card out and insert it into your mobile phone
- Make a call to another mobile phone. Do you see your number?
- In most phones you can activate and deactivate the restriction of your caller ID.
