Transfer a call

Can I transfer the incoming call to another number? How?

 
Please note: When you would like to use the call transfer feature, two conditions have to be met:
– Feature called “Explicit Call Transfer” (ECT) need to be supported by the mobile network.
– Call transfer need to be allowed on your SIM card by your mobile operator. Ask your operator for activation. Please note that “call transfer” is neither “call forward” nor “call divert” – this is diferent function.

 
 
 
Using switchboard is the easiest way of call transfer. You can also transfer the call by using phonebook. Please note that the Switchboard is available in Raven with SW 2.0 and higher. To update your Raven click here.

  1. You are talking to somebody on the phone and would like to transfer the call to someone else: In the in-call screen press the following button:
  2. Add participant

  3. Set the number you want to transfer the call to:
    1. Choose the number from your contact list or
    2. Enter the number directly
  4. Transfer a call to a number

  5. Dial the number pressing the green button:
  6. Dial the number

  7. When the recipient answers, talk and then transfer the call pressing the following button:
  8. Transfer the call

Now you can hang up, the call is transferred.
