I can send faxes via GDP-04 from my PC, but I cannot receive incoming faxes.

To receive faxes you have to activate Data FAX service on you SIM card. By activating it, your SIM card will receive another phone number on which faxes can be received.

If the service is not activated, the incoming call is not picked up and the fax receiving process ends with the error “The fax can’t be received because of an unexpected error” .

If you want to use the function of PC-fax we strongly recommend using JabloPhone with the latest version of PC software JabloTool. Fax transmissions were tested thoroughly under supported operation systems – Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
