Did you accidentally lock your Raven phone? Or did you forget the PIN code? Reset to factory settings can remove PIN code or password. But please mind that all your data, installed applications and personal settings will be lost.

• Switch the phone off and wait 60 second (important).
• Press and hold both volume up and power button.
• After 8 seconds logo appears on display. Release and quickly hold again both buttons.
• After a while “Clockwork mode” appears.
• In the menu select “Wipe data/factory reset”. Navigate in the menu using volume up/volume down buttons, confirm by pushing power button.

Note: If phone is administered in phone group on Jablotool.com, all contacts, settings and restrictions set by administrator will be restored after first start up. Only authorized administrator can remove phone from phone group.
